All customers are required to complete account setup and relevant compliance documentation prior to commencing trade. The supplier reserves the right to approve or decline any account application.
2. Ordering & Supply
All orders are subject to stock availability. The supplier reserves the right to allocate stock based on supply conditions and business requirements. Delivery time frames are indicative only. 3. Pricing
The supplier may provide recommended retail pricing (RRP) for guidance only. The retailer retains full discretion over resale pricing at all times.
4. Brand & Market Conduct
Retailers are encouraged to support responsible retailing and maintain appropriate product presentation. Retailers agree to conduct business in a manner that does not materially damage brand reputation.
5. Sales Channels
Retailers may sell products through both physical and online channels. Retailers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations.
6. Compliance
Retailers must comply with all relevant New Zealand regulations relating to product sales, including age-restricted sales where applicable. The supplier may request confirmation of compliance where required.
7. Support & Service
The supplier will provide after-sales support and ongoing communication. Service levels may be adjusted based on account activity and engagement. The supplier does not guarantee product authenticity, condition, or support for products obtained through unauthorized or third-party channels.
8. Suspension of Supply
The supplier reserves the right to suspend or discontinue supply at its discretion based on commercial considerations.
9. General
These terms form a general basis of trading and may be updated from time to time. Continued trading constitutes acceptance of these terms.
